Full Walkthrough

Part 1 — Upstairs

Wake in the attic after the car ambush. Equip the Mannequin Arm from the mannequin and insert it into the wall hole to unlock the door.

Collect Cat Statuette from the bathroom toilet, Bird from the Billiard Room, and Horse from the closet after evading the Pig. Check the TV for statuette placement clues. Place all three correctly to open the painting and get the Beetle Key.

Part 2 — Downstairs

Grab the Knife and Map. Find the Handgun in the Laundry after following the cow. Shoot the outdoor garage target to open the door, survive the Pig Rodeo (shoot or knife until the car crushes the pig), then take the Laundry Key from the yellow box.

Meet the Survivor, solve the Jack-in-the-Box (5 hits without missing). Optional: Lion's Carillon in the brothers' room (East, North, South). Kill cows for the Clock Hand, set clock to 2:35 for the Spider Key.

Clear workshop cows, activate hourglass, sprint through the bookcase passage. Pick up Flashlight. Optional piano puzzle (1,5,8,9,8,7,6,5) for Chicken Soup.

Part 3 — Basement

Explore basement rooms. Get Bolt Cutters from the Workshop locker. Cut Meat Storage fridge chains, take Living Heart, place in bathtub cow for Car Battery.

Connect Car Battery in Red Room — saw cuts cow for Centipede Key. Grab Shotgun behind Centipede Door. Dump all ammo into the Jockey. Take Garden Key (with Survivor's hand) upstairs to the porch Garden Door.

Part 4 — Garden

Explore courtyard — Hunting Rifle in shed (no ammo yet). Optional Whack A Jack for Mushroom Soup. Open garden gate.

Activate four generators at animal shrines: (1) pig shrine in the garden, (2) cow shrine in the garden area, (3) horse shrine on the lake island, (4) chicken shrine in the forest near the Rooster — sneak past the Rooster rather than fighting it. Fight chicken swarms with rifle, shotgun, barrels, and traps. Loot hideouts for ammo and coins.

Brothers arrive on mower — grab Bear Statuette from mower crate. Backtrack through overgrown house, place Bear Statuette per TV clue for Mama's Key. Enter Secret Basement via Old Bedroom hatch, take Barn Key from bathtub arm, unlock barn.

Part 5 — Barn & Escape

Enter barn → Hearts Room → deck. Take Car Key, unlock car — all players must enter. Car fails to start; William knocks you out.

Mama resurrects on the cross, smashes William, breaks the deck. In the arena, bait Mama into striking the explosive barrel near the stairs three times — she cannot be killed with weapons. Dodge Jackson upstairs, grab Car Key again.

All alive players get in the car. If brothers drag someone out, lure them upstairs and jump off the broken deck. Start the car and escape — you beat The Butchery!
